Pre-Order Policy

At Sakura Play, we offer pre-orders on selected products to help you secure upcoming and limited-release items ahead of time.

Please read the following terms before placing a pre-order:

1. Prices & Availability
Pre-order prices are based on current market conditions and may change before release. Once your pre-order is confirmed and paid, the price is locked in.

2. Product Allocation
Pre-orders are subject to supplier allocation. In rare cases, supplier stock may be reduced or cancelled. If we are unable to fulfil your pre-order, a full refund will be issued.

3. Payment
Full payment is required at the time of pre-order to secure your item.

4. Estimated Release & Arrival
Release and arrival dates provided are estimates only and are subject to change or delay by the manufacturer, distributor, or supplier. Delays do not constitute a cancellation of the pre-order.

5. Cancellations & Refunds
Pre-orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once payment has been made, except where Sakura Play is unable to fulfil the order due to supplier or allocation issues.
