Shipping Policy

At Sakura Play, we strive to process and ship your orders promptly. Orders placed before 2:00 PM will generally be dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be dispatched the following day, including weekends and public holidays.

We use SPX Tracked Delivery for all local deliveries within Singapore.

Please note:
– Shipping is available within Singapore only.
– Once a parcel has been handed over to SPX, delivery is subject to SPX’s handling and delivery process.
– Lost or damaged parcels during transit are subject to SPX’s claims process.
– For approved lost-parcel claims, reimbursement is capped at S$150, subject to SPX’s claim assessment and approval.
