1. Sales, Returns & Refunds
All sales are final. We do not accept cancellations, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind. Exceptions may apply if the wrong item was sent or an item is confirmed to be defective.

For items damaged or lost during delivery, Sakura Play will assist with the relevant courier claim process. Any reimbursement is subject to the applicable courier policies and claim approval.

2. Product Information
Product listings, descriptions and images are for reference purposes. Actual products may vary slightly due to lighting, packaging changes, production variations, or other differences between batches.

3. Prices & Availability
Prices, product availability and promotional offers are subject to change without prior notice.

Sakura Play reserves the right to correct pricing or listing errors and, where necessary, cancel affected orders with a full refund.
